Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and national legislation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data

Vs. data may also be communicated, following inspections, verifications or requests, to the Financial Administration and to the Bodies/ bodies responsible for checks and controls on the regular fulfilment of civil/ tax obligations.

Considering the existing business relationships, your data will be kept by us and processed until Vs. contrary provision.

We highlight that the processing of data referred to in point 1 above) is mandatory and essential for the performance of the obligations of Law and/ or Vs. adhesions to the use of ns. services and the regular fulfillment of contractual obligations, as well as for the exact fulfillment of the civil and tax obligations provided by current legislation and that such data will be processed independently of Vs. consent, pursuant to Article 6, par. 1, lett. b) of the GDPR.

The treatment referred to in point 2) is optional, and, therefore, in case of Vs. refusal there will be no consequences, except our inability to ensure Vs. information on innovations made to our. products and/or services.

This replaces and supplements any previous information.
