The Paolo Di Giovanni estate hosted the Grape Exhibition - ARRA Edition in Barletta, an event that confirmed Puglia's central role in Italian viticulture and the adoption of innovative solutions for the sector.
Thanks to the talk by Maurizio Simone (Doctor Farmer) and Nicole De Chirico (AVI Technical Service), participants learned more about the Grapa breeding program and its value for producers looking at future competitiveness.
The undisputed star of the day was ARRA Cherry Crush™, appreciated for its intense and uniform color, crispness, agronomic adaptability and strong commercial appeal.
In addition to variety, key issues for the field were addressed: microclimate management, efficient irrigation, and sustainable practices-essential elements of modern, resilient agriculture.
The event proved to be a true open-air laboratory, opportunities for discussion and networking among producers, technicians and companies, all united by the common goal of building an increasingly innovative and competitive table grape supply chain.
